Rizing Sun is an Indie label founded by Earl J. Foster
Jr., formally of the
group known as Tribe 
.
Tribe an ABC-Dunhill and Farr Records recording group, had
records that made the charts all over the world. Earl
Foster has returned to his native home of Los Angeles CA
from Japan, where for the past twelve years has been living
and working as a musician, vocalist, songwriter and
independent producer. Rizing Sun Records was one of the few
companies completely owned by a foreigner in Japan. The
company has a modest staff of about thirty people and an
artist roster of four groups.
