Earl J. Foster Jr., born on May 10, 1942, in Houston, Texas, is a distinguished Vietnam veteran, accomplished musician, producer, composer, and successful business owner. He is the CEO of The Shampén Group Inc. and a published author of the sensational new book *Drill Baby, Drill*, available on Apple Books. Earl is married to Kiyoko Foster, a Japanese citizen, and lived in Japan from 1984 to 1999, where he established a thriving music corporation.
