Vince LaBuave

Vincent LaBauve is a renowned artist in the entertainment industry, known for his talents as a world-class guitarist, songwriter, producer, and actor.

Hailing from a musical family, Vincent began honing his craft at a young age and quickly rose to prominence as a gifted musician, captivating audiences with his mesmerizing performances.

Vincent’s exceptional talent caught the attention of the iconic singer and producer, Barry White, leading to his inclusion in Barry’s touring band.

Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a versatile artist, equally adept at producing chart-topping hits and electrifying live shows.

In addition to his musical achievements, Vincent has also starred in films and television shows, showcasing his remarkable range as an actor.

Jerry "Pony" Abrams

Jerry “Pony” Abrams is not only an iconic bassist, but he is also a member of the band Wild Run Free. He continues to showcase his talent and passion for music despite being a “Meals on Wheels” client in Vallejo and receiving additional programs from the organization. Jerry’s musical journey began at an early age, where he taught himself how to play the bass guitar. He later went on to serve in the military, but never gave up his passion for music. Jerry has toured and performed with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Ike Turner, and Hank Ballard, to name a few. Despite his success in the music industry, Jerry has always remained humble and grateful for the services provided by Meals on Wheels of Solano County. His bond with the volunteers has been incredible, and they always take good care of him, making him rate their services as a 12 on a scale of one to ten.

Wayne Archie

Wayne Archie is a creative force in the music industry, showcasing his incredible talent as a versatile musician. With his exceptional skills in playing drums, songwriting, and singing lead and background vocals, Wayne captivates audiences across a wide range of genres, including funk, rock, gospel, jazz, calypso, reggae, pop, country, western, and blues. Collaborating with legendary artists like Screamin’ Jay Hawkins, The Chambers Brothers, Percy Mayfield, and many more, Wayne Archie has left an indelible mark on the music world. Currently, he is passionately working on the second album with the multi-genre group “Wild Run Free,” eagerly awaiting the opportunity to share his diverse musical expressions with appreciative audiences.
